We are family run, artisanal ice cream producers from the Herefordshire Monmouthshire boarder using local cows’ milk and cream to produce small batch ice cream and sorbets. We use locally sourced fruit (even as local as our garden and hedgerows), where possible to produce our quality vegan sorbets.
