Inspired by a story of adventure, Pembrokeshire and the deep blue sea, self-confessed dreamer Jonathan Williams got to work making "the best spiced rum in the world". With the flavours in mind and a thirst for good drinks with good friends, Barti Rum launched quietly in the Summer of 2017.
