Ingredients
Basmati/Sushi rice (1 portion)
Cooking oil (2 TBSP)
Vegan kimchi (100g)
Sliced onion (½)
Tinned tuna or pork (70g)
Soy sauce (1 TBSP)
Brown sugar (1 tsp)
Sesame oil (1 TBSP)
Coriander (handful)

How to make
While boiling rice, chop onion, prepare a handful of coriander leaves, and cut tofu into bitesize
chunks, then set aside.
Heat 1 TBSP cooking oil in a pan and fry tofu both sides.
When golden, place on serving dish and sprinkle with coriander.
Fry kimchi and sliced onion for 2 min.
Add soy sauce and brown sugar, and cook until it becomes thicker, before adding tuna and mixing well. Turn off heat, add sesame oil, stir, and plate-up.
