Ingredients
Cooking oil (1 TBSP)
Potatoes/Radish/Butternut squash/Parsnip (200g)
Soy sauce (1 TBSP)
Korean hot sauce (2 TBSP)
Water (100ml)
Optional: Spring onion (½)

How to make
Cut root vegetable into bitesize chunks, chop spring onion, and set both aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
Add root vegetable and cook until half cooked.
Put in soy sauce, Korean hot sauce and water.
Stir occasionally until root vegetable is fully cooked and sauce becomes sticky. (*Add more water if it become too dry, but make sure to cook until sauce become sticky again.)
Sprinkle with spring onion and serve with main dish (e.g. chicken/pork/sausages/fish).
