Cooking oil (1 TBSP)
Vegan Kimchi (80g)
Tinned Tuna (60g)
Mayonnaise (1 TBSP)
Sliced Onion (medium: 1/4)
Chopped Spring Onion (1/2)
Sesame oil (sprinkle of)
Soy Sauce (1 TBSP)
Brown Sugar (1 tsp)
Basmati/sushi Rice (1 portion)
How to make
While boiling rice, dice onion and roughly chop spring onion, and set aside.
Add tuna and mayonnaise in a small bowl, mix well, and set a side.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry kimchi and diced onion for 2 min.
Add brown sugar and soy sauce, and cook until evaporated (becomes thicker).
Put boiled rice, tuna mayonnaise mixture, and stir fried kimchi in a bowl to serve.
Sprinkle with chopped spring onion and sesame oil to serve.
Mix evenly and eat.
