Ingredients
250g Biscuits/Cookies (whatever you have)
150g Butter, Melted
2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
100g Salted Caramel Sauce
250g Peanut Butter
150g Chocolate
2 TBSP Milk
How to make
Crush the cookies to a fine crumb in a large bowl , then stir in the cocoa powder and melted butter. Mix well.
Tip the mixture in to a lined square baking tin and press down in to a compact layer, then refrigerate until firm, about 30 mins.
Combine the peanut butter and caramel in a saucepan and mix briefly over a low heat until melted together.
Pour caramel mixture over the chilled biscuit base & refrigerate again for 30 mins.
Melt the chocolate and milk together in a pan over a low heat until smooth and runny, then pour chocolate mix over the chilled peanut/caramel layer.
Leave to set in the fridge for a minimum of one hour until the chocolate layer is firm and can be sliced easily.
